Seems liek a good quality build with plenty of settings and attachments to get deep in to sore muscles.

Extremely noisy, gun had a high pitch tick/rattle when unloaded that gets worse the longer it's run.
Gun had a lower pitch plastic rattle when under load. Very loud when under moderate load.
Battery died in less than 2 hours after charging for ~6-8 hours, and the battery went from 50% to dead in minutes.

Customer service is lousy. There was no communication that the device would take over a month to ship and despite asking no refund was ‘available’ despite the long wait. There device itself works fine just don’t expect to be treated like a valued customer or have clear communication on delivery times when you order.

Terrible experience- ordered a gun and twos weeks later chasing the order status. They tell me they have run out and “expect” stock the following month. I have requested a refund given it will be 6-8 weeks from order - no response - no one gets back to you - can’t get my money back.

Purchased July 2024. Initially was great then stopped working after 6 months. Many people have had this same issue (see other 1 star reviews). Other reviews likely from people only having the gun for a short period before it breaks. Do not buy it. Go elsewhere and save yourself alot of money. Bang has disgraceful customer surface and doesn’t respond to emails. Have reported to ACCC and fair trading.

Buyer Beware!! You give your products only a 3 month warranty. This shows how much confidence you have in your product. My gun constantly stops working. For the price I paid I’m not happy with this brand at all.

We hardly used the massage gun for the first few months we had it but we were happy with how it was to use.
But when we tried to recharge it 8 months after buying it, the unit cant be charged. Completely dead, wont switch on. The company says that the warranty is only 3 months and refuse to replace it or refund the very expensive purchase price. Beware, always buy from a reputable company with decent customer service.

This massage gun has 30 level settings, but the first level is already ridiculously hard and fast, rather than being able to select optimum setting to build up slowly.
Delivery could have been handled better. Thought it was a scam because I didn't get email notifications on progress of delivery. Only when I asked for a refund 2 weeks later was my order actioned.

Seems to be doing the trick, but would have appreciated an instruction sheet on when to use the different heads. I find it heavy to use on my neck and shoulders, so that is where my husband comes in the does the heavy lifting. Easy to use on lower body. Glad I made the purchase!
